Fontanals Golf was already an established, operational club with a distinctive identity. Creating a new fitness service required understanding the existing working model, adapting to the owners’ philosophy and defining a proposal consistent with the club’s profile, its location and the expectations of a specific audience. The challenge was to design a complementary sports service that would add value to the club while preserving its essence. The spaces, services, equipment, branding and management model had to be defined to ensure an orderly, efficient launch aligned with management’s objectives.
At Itik Consultoria, we provided technical support for the design, launch and initial management of Fontanals Golf’s new fitness service. Working with the owners, we defined the most suitable spaces, selected fitness machines and equipment, and developed the service’s final corporate identity. We also designed the services and activities to be offered and defined the staffing requirements needed to ensure high-quality management. During the first months of operation, we took responsibility for the centre’s operational management until the final handover, supported by an operations manual to ensure continuity of service.
