What is the life cycle of a sports facility?

Four blocks (Conception, programming, materialization, and utilization) and twelve stages constitute the life cycle of a sports facility or space. Formulating the appropriate questions at each of these phases, anticipating future needs, and periodically reviewing the decisions made are key aspects for to optimize its use, ensure its sustainability, and extend its useful life.
