Espai Wellness in Granollers was conceived as a holistic wellness centre for people seeking to adopt healthy lifestyle habits through physical activity, leisure and body care. The challenge was to define a sports facility that could bring together sport, health, relaxation and a high-quality experience in a single setting. It was also necessary to ensure that the design of the spaces, the selection of materials and the layout of services conveyed the centre’s values: quality, harmony, balance and wellbeing. The aim was to create a distinctive sports facility focused on improving users’ physical and emotional health.
At Itik Consultoria, we supported the definition of the centre’s complementary sports spaces, taking into account the alignment between the service model, the user experience and the project’s values. We worked on developing a comprehensive offering that combined a state-of-the-art fitness room, group exercise studios equipped for different activities, an indoor swimming pool, a thermal spa area with relaxation circuits and contrast pools, padel courts and an outdoor swimming pool. A beauty and health area was also incorporated, along with a restaurant with a terrace offering healthy, balanced menus. The entire approach aimed to create a complete experience of wellbeing, physical activity and quality of life.
